We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to drive sales, revenue, and growth. In this role, you'll nurture existing accounts and explore new opportunities with assigned territories, including face-to-face meetings with customers. This role will have an immediate and visible impact on the company’s success.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual, comfortable prospecting new business and connecting with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with new and existing customers to generate referrals, leads, and new business. Success is measured by consistently exceeding sales targets and building valuable industry relationships to share market insights with the team.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect and cold call to generate quality leads and close sales within your assigned territory.
- Understand customers' strategic goals and challenges and identify solutions that add value.
- Present and explain solutions and their benefits to key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
- Follow up on leads and close new business to grow our presence in the Healthcare Technology sector and other industries.
- Post-secondary degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
- A hunter mentality with exceptional selling and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and the ability to explain IT systems clearly and simply.
- High motivation with a proven track record of success in Healthcare Sales or Enterprise Software/SaaS solutions.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A strong drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.
